I offer a clear pricing structure, offering fixed prices where possible to enable you to manage your budget effectively. Fixed prices are available where all matters are agreed for the preparation of documentation. All other work is carried out at my hourly rate.

Family Law documents: contact me to discuss whether fixed pricing is available.
Single Will: £300
Mirror Wills: £350
Preparation of two wills for married or cohabiting couples wishing to make the same arrangements in their wills.
Power of Attorneys: £100 for single or £150 for both health and financial. Full set for couples £250
There is also a fee to register it with the Office of Public Guardian at the time you register.
For preparation of any other legal documentation not listed above, please contact me to discuss pricing.
All other advice and support (including appointments, telephone calls, court attendance, letter preparation, written advice, emails and text messages received and sent, reviewing documents): £90 per hour.
No VAT is charged.
The small but important print:
Face to face meetings or court attendance outside of West Sussex or Surrey will incur additional travel expenses.
Document preparation does not include negotiations to reach agreement, which are charged separately.
